This three-story home underwent a complete transformation to bring light, flow, and functionality to every level. The original layout was compartmentalized and dated, with a tiny kitchen and closed-off rooms. We completely reimagined the main floor, opening it up to create a chef’s kitchen with a stunning 12-foot island and spacious dining area, glass railings and a fluid connection to the step-down family room. Plus a beautiful modern powder room and a flexible front room now serves as a home office, dining space, or additional lounge adapting seamlessly to the needs of modern living.

Upstairs, all bathrooms were redesigned from the ground up. The new primary ensuite features a spacious double vanity and large glass-fronted walk in shower, while the shared bath was expanded to comfortably serve the additional bedrooms.

The lower level was also reconfigured to maximize functionality, with a custom laundry room, an extra bathroom created from unused storage space, and built-in wardrobes that make the walk-out basement ready for an additional bedroom or guest suite.
