Unit B was a more modern addition to the dilapidated, 1950’s bungalow in the heart of Newmarket. Connected by only one wall and a “secret” door in the basement, the young, newlywed couple wanted to use this space for a short term rental.

This 2 storey guest house, while newer than the original structure needed some TLC and this renovation needed to be done on a budget. We worked whit our clients and developed a design plan that didn’t stretch their finances. All it took was some fresh paint, new light fixtures, and modern, cozy furniture to transform this mustard yellow country ‘cottage’ into an inviting and much in demand rental unit.
