These clients had updated their large Yorkville condo when they moved in, but the kitchen and the bathrooms were an afterthought….with their busy lives and travel schedule, they entrusted us while they were away with the renovation of the dark and outdated kitchen and dated bathrooms into a bright and modern space that reflects their personalities and the rest of the home.

For the kitchen, we kept the configuration the same, we ripped out all the old dark wood and granite, refinished all the floors, installed light, modern, sleek cabinetry, and a quartz waterfall island. A new, linear hood was all we needed to make the appliances look like they had all been replaced.  The clients were kept abreast of all work while away, and were able to enjoy their holiday and come home to a brand new kitchen.
