A dilapidated, 1950’s bungalow on ½ acre of prime ‘old’ Newmarket real estate. 

This young, newlywed couple with 2 large dogs were looking for a functional, modern home with open spaces and 2 dedicated soundproofed office spaces that could be used as bedrooms as their family grows. We gutted, vaulted and rebuilt this spectacular new home. It is now a warm, modern reflection of its owners!

The beams and brackets were left exposed in the main living space to create a beautiful architectural feature, and the dramatic black metal porcelain wall in the kitchen draws the eye to the magnificent picture window.
