We were able to work on this pre-completion condo before all the finishes had gone in. The configuration of the structural walls made furniture placement next to impossible and sight lines non-existent. We usually like to open things up, but in this case we actually needed to extend walls to create a steel clad living room feature wall, and build out a structural pillar to suspend an eye-catching floating fireplace. 

The end result was a spectacular , ultra modern yet super inviting central living area divided into visually interesting and cozy dedicated spaces for lounging, entertaining dining and cooking.
