With over 30 beautifully restored and concourse ready vintage cars collecting dust under tarps in various parking garages around the city, it was time to build them a home.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A 10,000sf industrial warehouse was transformed into spectacular showroom and private lounge to showcase this unique private vintage car collection with an adjoining, fully operational body shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despite it being a private space, Toronto bylaws required the building to be up to code for commercial use, and because of it\u2019s precious and unique contents,\u00a0 we needed to account for stain resistant flooring, specialty lighting and climate control, as well as a very extensive security system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The owners, and the cars are very happy.<\/span><\/p>\n
